Cerámica Ferrés is a family business founded in 1956 in La Bisbal, a town historically recognized for its ceramic tradition and its use of artisan techniques. Thanks to our years of experience, as well as combining trade and craftsmanship together with design and innovation, we can respond to the increasingly demanding requirements of architects and planners to adapt to the needs of each project.
WE ARE
We only use 100% natural materials, such as earth and water, to manufacture our pieces. We work with clay suppliers in local areas and guarantee that the extraction of the materials is carried out in a responsible, regulated and safe way. We contribute to preserving the ceramic craftsmanship of La Bisbal, an area of Catalonia with a great ceramic tradition throughout history.

High durability and good weatheringThe service life is estimated to be at least 150 years (according to DAP1). Over time the material acquires a beautiful character of its own.

Easy maintanance and cleaning
Without the need to use harmful chemical products.

Flame retardant
A natural characteristic of the material: it is non-combustible and does not produce toxic gases in case of fire. Reaction to fire Euroclass A1.

VOC free
It does not emit volatile organic compounds, hazardous substances or gases indoors.

Enviromental humidity regulation
Moisture in the air can be absorbed by the porosity of the material when the relative humidity is high, and released when the indoor air is drier.

Cross ventilation - Lattices
Lattices are a constructive element that generates a two-sided wall, favouring air circulation in buildings and filtering sunlight in the hottest months, reducing energy consumption in the interior.
